eCommerce, Digtial marketing and Customer Care intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and driven eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and Customer Care Intern to join our home decor brand In Flore. In this multifaceted role, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire digital commerce ecosystem. You will help bring our interior collections to life online, support data-driven marketing campaigns, and directly interact with design-conscious customers to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce & Visual Merchandising

• Product Management: Assist in uploading new decor products, textiles, or furniture listings, crafting highly descriptive and inspiring product descriptions.
• Visual Site Merchandising: Help arrange online collections and lookbooks to match current seasonal trends and design aesthetics.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Creative Content Support: Help draft copy and organize aesthetic visual assets for social media (such as Pinterest and Instagram), email newsletters, and our design blog.
• Campaign Tracking: Assist in setting up and monitoring digital ad performance (Meta Ads, Google Shopping) targeting interior design enthusiasts.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research focused on home styling trends to optimize blog posts and category pages for search engines.

Customer Care & Styling Support

• Design-Focused Support: Respond promptly and warmly to customer inquiries regarding order tracking, product materials, dimensions, and care instructions via email and chat.
• Feedback Tracking: Document recurring product feedback or shipment issues to help our logistics and manufacturing teams maintain premium quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Aesthetic Eye: A strong personal interest in home decor, textiles, interior styling, and visual storytelling.
• Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey a warm, helpful, and brand-aligned tone.
• Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and visual platforms like Pinterest or Instagram is highly preferred.
• Organization: Sharp attention to detail—crucial for managing precise product dimensions, material specifications, and customer orders.
• English language skills (writing and speaking) are a must, Swedish is preferred
