Role Description The Sweden Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Sweden. On a day-to-day basis, the partner manages local operations, including outreach to individual and corporate clients, coordination of course offerings, and oversight of marketing activities tailored to the Swedish market. The role involves using Lingua Learn’s e-commerce platform and CRM to manage inquiries, enroll learners, track performance, and ensure high-quality service. The partner collaborates with the Global Franchise Support Team for guidance in HR, sales, marketing, admin, and academic matters, while working with the network of qualified teachers to deliver online language and skills training. This role is suited to a motivated individual or team seeking to build and scale a language education business in Sweden using a proven franchise model.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for engaging learners, corporate clients, and stakeholders in Sweden.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market trends, identify growth opportunities, and optimize local strategies.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to oversee or coordinate instructor activities and support quality delivery of online courses.
• Candidates should possess business development skills, such as sales, marketing, and client relationship management, ideally within education or online services.
• Candidates should possess organizational and operational skills to manage remote work, use CRM and online platforms effectively, and handle administrative tasks.
• Previous experience in franchising, education management, or language training is beneficial, as is familiarity with the Swedish market and proficiency in English and Swedish.
