Ecommerce Operations Manager Location: Ortigas, Pasig Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home) Schedule: Morning Shift Job Summary We are hiring an Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, platform performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage daily ecommerce operations across online platforms. Monitor order processing, fulfillment, and inventory availability. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams. Analyze sales and operational performance metrics. Optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency. Ensure accurate product listings and platform compliance. Lead and develop the ecommerce operations team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. At least 4–6 years of ecommerce or retail operations experience . Experience managing ecommerce platforms and fulfillment processes. Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills. Proficient in Excel and ecommerce reporting tools.
