What you’ll actually be doing: Owning the end-to-end ecommerce growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention Identifying and prioritising the biggest growth opportunities across the business Leading CRO, experimentation, and optimisation across all digital touchpoints Owning and executing a structured CRO roadmap across product pages, landing pages, cart, and checkout, using testing to continuously improve conversion rates Turning data into clear, actionable strategies that drive revenue growth Collaborating with marketing, supply, tech, and ops to execute growth initiatives Building and refining lifecycle strategies to increase repeat purchase and customer value Creating structured testing roadmaps and ensuring learnings are implemented at scale Reporting on growth performance in a way that drives decisions, not confusion And importantly… leading the marketing team: Coaching the team to think analytically, move fast, and execute with impact Creating a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement Ensuring the team is focused on the highest-impact work, not just busy work Providing clear direction, feedback, and development plans What we need from you: A degree/diploma in marketing, business, or similar 5+ years experience in ecommerce, growth, or performance marketing 2+ years experience managing or mentoring a team Strong hands-on experience in ecommerce growth, CRO, and performance-led optimisation Comfortable working with ecommerce analytics tools and translating data into actionable growth insights Confidence working with data, tools, and cross-functional teams Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution What’s in it for you: Real ownership of growth across a scaling ecommerce business The opportunity to build and shape a high-impact team Freedom to test bold ideas and back them with data A business that values results, speed, and smart thinking If you can spot growth, build it, and lead others to do the same, we want you.
