FMG Digital has scaled 65+ e-commerce brands across beauty, fashion, wellness and skincare in the last four years and generates +R400M per year across our portfolio of brands. We are not a branding agency. We are not a "pretty ads" agency. We are a performance creative machine.

What You Will Do

Own the technical side of client performance and turn creative volume into scaled revenue for up to 12 brands at a time.

What Your Week Will Look Like

• Account management (roughly 40% of your time). Inside Ads Manager daily. You decide what gets killed and what gets scaled. You are responsible for budget and managing efficiency of the account.

• Analysis and reporting (roughly 25%). Blended performance reviews at account and portfolio level. Feeding the patterns you are seeing back to your strategists so their briefs match what the performance is telling us.

• CRO and funnel implementation (roughly 20%). Landing pages, offers and checkout flow, run off a clear SOP so you are optimising from day one. You work directly inside client Shopify stores, connecting what happens in Ads Manager to what happens at checkout.

• Client communication and collaboration (roughly 15%). Weekly numbers with a point of view attached. You will be on calls explaining what happened and what you are doing about it.

You will manage up to R2M per month per client in Meta spend across up to 12 accounts alongside two creative strategists - feeding you with creative. You must have the ability to hold performance while managing a portfolio.

They know Meta Ads Manager the way a mechanic knows an engine. They understand the full funnel and are able to read metric data to determine where bottlenecks are. They diagnose before they touch anything. They are confident and comfortable working with seven figure budgets. They are honest and direct with metrics but always focused on problem solving and next steps. They have good emotional control and rely on data to lead them. They collaborate well with others, knowing how to work with strategists and present to clients.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years buying Meta ads for e-commerce with meaningful spend under your own hands.
• Comfortable managing up to R2M per month across a portfolio of accounts.
• Fluent in performance metrics such as: ROAS, MER, CAC, contribution margin, AOV and LTV.
• Fluency and competency with Shopify - CRO & checkout enhancements
• Experience optimising pixels and connecting them to Meta assets
• Confident client facing and a strong ability to communicate clearly

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked in supplements, health or another restricted category and know how to survive policy rejections and account bans.
• Have run Google, TikTok or Amazon alongside Meta.
• Have used Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion or similar.
• Have built or optimised landing pages yourself (Replo, Shogun, GemPages).
• Use AI tools to multiply your output, not to replace your thinking.
