At TBCo, we create easy-to-style statement pieces designed to make an impact. As a B Corp-certified brand, we believe in responsible retail, high-quality natural and recycled materials, and products that bring joy to everyday dressing and empower self-expression.
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and solutions-focused Ecommerce Systems & Integrations Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time contract, initially providing maternity leave cover for 12 months. There is potential for the role to become permanent following the maternity cover period, depending on business needs.
This is a varied role that plays an important part in ensuring our business runs efficiently, our systems work seamlessly, and our team has the tools and support they need to succeed.
Working across systems management, operational support and office management, you’ll help maintain and improve the processes and technology that underpin our growing business. From managing integrations and resolving technical issues to coordinating onboarding and overseeing office operations, you’ll be a key point of contact across the business.
The Role
As an Ecommerce Systems & Integrations Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our internal systems, supporting business operations and ensuring our office environment runs smoothly.
Your work will include:
Systems & IT Management
- Managing our core business systems, including system setup, usage, access and ongoing maintenance
- Monitoring and maintaining system integrations to ensure they run effectively
- Troubleshooting system errors and resolving technical issues
- Updating integrations to meet evolving business requirements
- Managing and maintaining ERP automations
- Managing equipment and supporting the effective use of business technology
- Acting as a key contact for system owners, managing users, access levels and technical issues
- Maintaining relationships with system providers and reviewing system capabilities against business needs
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including relevant systems and operational requirements
Office management
- Supporting Health & Safety processes, including risk assessments and onboarding
- Coordinating first-aider training and maintaining relevant operational arrangements
- Helping ensure operational processes are effective, organised and fit for purpose
- Managing building access and supporting a safe, well-organised working environment
- General facilities management
Across all areas, you’ll look for opportunities to improve processes, resolve issues efficiently and ensure our systems and operations continue to support the needs of a growing business.
Who You Are
You are organised, resourceful and detail-oriented, with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving. You enjoy working across different areas of a business, balancing technical challenges with operational responsibilities, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
You will have:
- Experience in an operations, systems administration and IT support role, ideally in an e-commerce environment
- Confidence managing business systems, user accounts, access permissions and technical troubleshooting
- An understanding of system integrations, automations and the importance of keeping business systems running reliably
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive approach to identifying issues, finding solutions and improving processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues and external system providers
- A practical, adaptable mindset and a willingness to get involved wherever support is needed
