Position Title: Technical Administrator – EcoSys
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced EcoSys Technical Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize our Hexagon EcoSys Enterprise Project Performance platform.
In this remote role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for system configuration, user administration, data integrations, and platform maintenance supporting large-scale transit infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
* System Administration & Maintenance: Manage user accounts, security profiles, role-based permissions, and access controls within the EcoSys environment.
* Technical Configuration: Configure custom attributes, forms, screen layouts, workflows, business rules, and report templates to meet operational needs.
* Integrations & Data Management: Oversee and troubleshoot integrations between EcoSys and third-party systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Primavera P6, power BI, or GIS platforms).
* Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to end-users, resolving system bugs, data sync errors, and operational queries.
* Upgrades & System Enhancement: Coordinate system patches, updates, environment refreshes, and regression testing across development, staging, and production environments.
* Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documentation, system architecture notes, and administrative SOPs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* EcoSys Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical administration, configuration, and maintenance of Hexagon EcoSys.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of database structures, SQL, and web services/APIs used for EcoSys system integration.
* Project Controls Knowledge: Familiarity with capital project delivery workflows, including budgeting, cost management, change control, and forecasting.
* Remote Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
