EDD Analyst

We’re hiring an Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a role where you will own high-complexity EDD reviews across a concurrent case queue. This is a production role where judgment, structure, and writing quality matter. What You’ll Do Run end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active cases Synthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfront Perform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA) Send targeted outreach based on actual info gaps Validate against primary source docs Deliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence) Qualifications Strong EDD + BSA/AML knowledge Experience with complex/multi-jurisdiction structures Excellent analytical writing Ability to manage high-volume, concurrent cases This is a high-autonomy role where you’ll truly own your portfolio and have the autonomy to improve how work gets done.
