StoneRidge Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy EDI & Reports Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play an important role in supporting our insurance brokers, ensuring that daily automated policy downloads from our insurance carriers seamlessly integrate into our Broker Management System (Applied Epic). Your primary objective is to maintain database integrity, investigate transmission errors, and eliminate data discrepancies so our production and service teams always have access to real-time client data.

Position: EDI & Reports Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Location: Canada

Pay Range: From $40,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Monitor and process daily electronic data transfers (EDI) from multiple insurance carriers.
• Audit, troubleshoot, and clear daily "suspense logs" or unmatched downloads.
• Coordinate with insurance carrier IT helpdesks and internal account managers to quickly resolve ongoing download or mapping errors.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information within Applied Epic.
• Prepare and distribute recurring operational reports to internal teams.
• Review download reports to identify missing, duplicated, or incorrectly matched policy transactions.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling data entry or administrative operations.
• Basic understanding of insurance terminology, policy structures, and transaction types.
• Experience using Applied Epic or another broker management system is considered an asset.
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and earn industry designations.
