This is a critical role supporting our Contact Center Operations through programming, EDI processing, data integration, system support, and collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Job Summary: As an EDI Support Programmer, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining programming solutions that support our operational systems and client data exchanges. Your responsibilities will include: Develop, modify, and maintain programming solutions supporting Contact Center Operations Load, manipulate, validate, and troubleshoot client EDI and operational data Program and support integrations between client systems and business operating systems Collaborate with Operations, IT, vendors, and clients to implement programming changes Follow established Change Control and Quality Assurance standards Ensure programming changes are thoroughly tested before production deployment Monitor and meet project SLAs for EDI programming requests Utilize ticketing systems to prioritize, track, and document work Analyze programming issues and provide timely resolutions Produce reports on programming changes, reconciliations, and system performance Assist management with programming requests, corrections, and special projects Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Respond to critical system issues and support projects outside normal business hours when necessary Qualifications: Must be a Colorado resident Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or programming certification with programming experience Strong ability to quickly learn new business systems Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong customer service mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams Strong understanding of data security and confidentiality Experience working with remote systems and environments Experience: We're looking for someone with experience in several of the following: SQL JavaScript BASIC Pick Programming AIX EDI/Data Integration Remote system connectivity Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint) Experience with: EDI or enterprise data management Healthcare technology or patient financial services Collections, accounting, or corporate business systems Contact center technology Healthcare compliance environments The ideal candidate is: Detail-oriented with exceptional quality control Adaptable and able to shift between multiple projects Comfortable working with several programming languages Collaborative with technical and non-technical teams Passionate about solving problems Committed to delivering reliable, accurate solutions
