We’re looking for an Editor who is a team player who is intrinsically motivated, creative, whip-smart, talented, open to feedback, and proactive. A sense of humor is a plus! This is a fully remote position. What you’ll do Work directly with a team of editors to deliver high-quality SEO content in a fast-paced environment Meet monthly deliverable deadlines Edit up to 80 articles per month on a variety of topics to ensure grammar, keywords, voice, style, flow, organization, and development to create compelling and interesting content Develop a deep understanding of clients’ style guides, editorial guidelines, and overall SEO expectations. Manage 4–5 writers as they each craft 10–20 articles per month Provide constructive and timely feedback to writers, emphasizing lifelong learning and growth What you’ll need 3+ years of experience writing and/or editing articles in a journalism or SEO content setting Strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking Excellent time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task/prioritize Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment How we’ll help Graphite’s mission is to create an environment where you build the best work of your career.
