Core Responsibilities Manage administrative tasks in support of department’s operations and product development (samples and assets collection, distribution, archiving, select partner communication, ad hoc requests Conduct select Product Quality Assurance: branding indicia / legal Assist with Marketing Assets Approval Assist Editors in partner meetings and product / portfolio development sessions Stay on top of and tracking industry trends and news and share with relevant stakeholders Be a model LEGO Publishing and the LEGO Group ambassador Play your part in our team succeeding Editorial Assistant will be involved in and support daily operations of the LEGO Publishing team, owning administrative tasks and assisting with product and marketing approvals, while learning the intricacies of the LEGO licensing business. At the end of the assignment, Editorial Assistant should have gained an understanding of the entire Publishing portfolio / product lifecycle and LEGO Publishing’s place within LEL and its role within The LEGO Group. Do you have what it takes? Bachelor degree preferred Some experience, ideally in publishing, media, digital content marketing, licensing.
