We are looking for an experienced Ed-Tech Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, permanent work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate should have prior experience hiring for Ed-Tech Sales roles and possess strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Details

• Position: Ed-Tech Recruiter
• Location: Remote / Work From Home
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Ed-Tech Sales Hiring
• Compensation: Up to ₹15,000 per Month + Performance Incentives
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in Ed-Tech Sales hiring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must own a Laptop/Desktop with a reliable internet connection.
• Candidates currently pursuing any educational program are not eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and market insights.
• Provide regular hiring updates to management.

Required Skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
