The Education and Training Coordinator has the responsibility of supporting customer and employee learning programs by managing LMS activities, coordinating training operations, assisting learners, maintaining training documentation, and supporting education-related projects and product releases. Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may also be assigned. Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless learning experience for users Coordinate training-related processes, including product and release support activities Provide administrative, documentation, and operational support for the Education and Training team Serve as a point of contact for internal and external learners, assisting with LMS-related inquiries and support needs Partner with cross-functional teams to support education initiatives, program execution, and continuous process improvement Contribute to special projects and other training and development initiatives as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 2+ years of experience in training coordination, learning administration, customer education, project coordination, or a related field Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and developing eLearning content Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) Preferred: Experience with Intellum LMS, Evolve, Camtasia, Canva, customer education programs, or healthcare technology/SaaS environments Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
