We're looking for an Education Partnerships Leader, in Madrid!

In this role, you'll co-define and execute Digital Ads Expert's B2B commercial strategy, closing high-value partnerships with universities, companies, and public-sector bodies to scale digital education access worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Shape the strategy, working closely with DAE's Education Lead, on which markets, verticals, and partnership models DAE should pursue — and how its offering should be commercially structured.

  • Own execution, leading the full sales cycle to close a small number of high-value, strategic agreements and deals with corporate partners, government opportunities, and/or private capital.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners — universities, corporate learning teams, associations, and public-sector bodies — qualifying opportunities against DAE's strategic priorities rather than pursuing volume for its own sake.

  • Represent Education commercially to internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at partner institutions

  • Maintain a feedback loop between sales and content: flag where the market is asking for programs or skills DAE doesn't yet offer well.

  • Identify and pursue strategic alliances, including partnerships with consortia positioned to guarantee external financial support for education-related programs.

What You Need For This Role

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals with complex institutional stakeholders

  • Demonstrated experience helping shape commercial strategy — not only executing a model designed elsewhere, but having a real voice in deciding which markets and partnership types to pursue

  • Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA with focus on Business Development or Sales is a plus)
  • Commercially-minded and proactive, with a genuine drive to identify and generate new business opportunities.

  • Consultative, solution-selling approach — comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving away from a fixed catalogue to build custom offers for each client, including designing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements (structure, pricing, scope) from scratch.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written — able to adapt tone and content for different audiences (corporate decision-makers, government stakeholders, academic partners).

  • Fluent English and Spanish, French or Arabic is a plus.

  • Confident working independently.

  • What Will Make Us Really Love You

  • You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.

  • You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.

  • You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.

  • You have an eye for detail.

  • You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.

  • You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.

  • You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.

  • What You’ll Love About Us

  • We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position

  • Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising

  • Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.

  • We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.

  • Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.

  • At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.

  • In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 48,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
