The role Our client is a Manchester-based education recruitment business building their schools temp desk. They are looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of schools across the Manchester region, placing supply teachers, cover supervisors, and teaching assistants on a daily and short-term supply basis. You will manage and grow school client relationships at headteacher and school business manager level, develop new school business across Manchester, and work closely with a candidate resourcing function to maintain strong talent pipelines for your schools. Hours: 7am–5pm during term time, shorter hours during school holidays. Hybrid-working. Office-based in Central Manchester. The commission structure: £5k+ per half term at mid-level (200 days/week). £13k+ per half term at top level (400–500 days/week). Annual OTE at mid-level: approximately £68,000–£78,000.
