The Role (Hybrid Setup):
This is a multi-faceted hybrid role combining sales outreach, admissions operations, and client support. While you will work remotely from home managing daily operations, you must be based in Cairo to conduct corporate B2B outreach and meet corporate clients face-to-face in our designated corporate meeting hubs when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Corporate Outreach: Visit local companies, HR departments, and organizations to present our Canadian continuing education courses and corporate upskilling programs.
- Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Act as a proactive outbound sales professional to identify new customer leads and grow our enrollment pipelines.
- Client Service & Guidance: Serve as the primary professional point of contact to answer client questions via telephone calls and within our online portals. Guide prospective students through program selections, build immediate professional trust, and support them through their enrollment journey.
- Client Portal Management: Open, manage, and track student accounts directly on Canadian university portals, ensuring all information is input accurately.
- Admissions & Document Management: Help prospective students navigate institutional platforms, then collect, verify, and securely organize application documents.
- Inbound Lead Nurturing: Handle all incoming student inquiries across WhatsApp, email, and social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Data Organization: Keep our daily customer relationship trackers, spreadsheets, and shared team folders clean, updated, and highly organized.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic (Essential).
- Location & Authorization: candidates must currently reside in Cairo and be legally authorized to work in Egypt.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding public speaking and corporate presentation skills. Must possess strong sales closing abilities and the capacity to pitch complex concepts confidently to corporate managers.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and managing shared cloud folders (Google Drive/OneDrive).
- Professional Presence: A well-presented, articulate professional with a confident, polished phone and face-to-face manner.
- Work Style: A highly disciplined professional who thrives working remotely and independently.
- Hardware: Must already own a reliable laptop and have a stable high-speed home internet connection.
- Experience Asset: Prior experience working in the education market, call centers, or educational consulting is a strong asset.
