Role Description The Egypt Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity for a franchise partner to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Egypt. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the local franchise operations, overseeing marketing and sales activities, and building relationships with individual learners, corporate clients, and educational partners. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team to implement the provided systems, including the e-commerce platform, CRM, and training processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Tasks also include recruiting and supervising teaching staff as needed, monitoring performance metrics, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and adapting offerings to local demand while maintaining brand standards. The role requires proactive business development, consistent communication with the central support team, and strategic planning to expand enrollment and corporate contracts in the Egyptian market.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for client outreach, partner negotiations, and professional correspondence.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market potential, interpret performance data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Training experience to onboard local staff, support teacher development, and ensure consistent service quality.
• Candidates should have demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or franchising, preferably in education or online services.
• Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities.
• Candidates should ideally have knowledge of the Egyptian education or corporate training market and fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates should have a background in entrepreneurship, management, or a related field; prior experience running or scaling a business is highly beneficial.
