Applies adult learning principles to deliver engaging, effective instruction in classroom, virtual, and at-the-elbow settings. Partners with curriculum designers to ensure training materials reflect current workflows, policies, and best practices. Provides post-training support to reinforce adoption and competency. Essential Functions • Delivers EHR training to clinicians, residents, students, and staff using classroom, virtual, and one-on-one settings. • Applies adult learning principles and instructional best practices to optimize user understanding and retention. • Assists end users during go-live events, providing at-the-elbow support for system adoption. • Collaborates with curriculum designers to review, update, and validate training materials and learning home dashboards. • Prepares classrooms and virtual platforms, including training environments, documentation, and assessments. • Conducts user proficiency assessments and tracks completion metrics. • Provides feedback on training effectiveness and recommends curriculum updates. • Responds to learner questions and escalates unresolved issues appropriately. • Documents attendance, completion, and assessment data in the learning management system. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
