EHS Manager

Overview EHS Manager Travel Up to 60% About the Role Sky Climber Access Solutions is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety, compliance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across our U.S. operations. This role is responsible for developing and managing company-wide environmental, health, and safety programs, conducting audits and inspections, leading incident investigations, delivering safety training, and partnering with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture. What You'll Do Lead and improve company safety programs, policies, and procedures Conduct site audits, inspections, and compliance reviews Develop and deliver safety training programs for field and office employees Identify training gaps and implement improvement plans Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Manage safety observations, safety committees, and company-wide safety initiatives Track and report safety KPIs and performance metrics to leadership Support customer audits and safety-related meetings Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards Assist branches and operational teams with safety and compliance needs Qualifications & ExperienceRequired Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or related field Minimum 3 years of EHS leadership experience Fluent in English and Spanish Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Ability to travel up to 60% Preferred Experience in scaffolding, suspended access, construction, or industrial services Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations Professional safety certifications are a plus Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to travel extensively to branch and customer locations Ability to work in office, warehouse, construction, and industrial environments Ability to wear required PPE and fall protection equipment Ability to conduct field audits and safety inspections Schedule & Employment Conditions Full-time position Remote-based with travel up to 60% Pre-employment drug screening required Background check required Valid driver's license required Safety-sensitive position About Sky Climber Access Solutions Sky Climber Access Solutions provides access equipment, scaffolding, fall protection systems, and specialized support services for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects throughout North America.
