Agency : Valenetwork Job Description : The Accounting Analyst supports the delivery of daily accounting operations. Mission & Responsibilities Run daily accounting operations including: - month and end-year process - accounts payable/receivable - cash receipts - general ledger - payroll and utilities - treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting - revenue and expenditure variance analysis - capital assets reconciliations - trust account statement reconciliations - check runs - fixed asset activity - debt activity Support the monitoring and analysis of accounting data Produce financial reports and statements Participate in the coordination of annual audits Support the maintenance of fiscal files and records Qualifications & Languages Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration Languages: English (Intermediate) Previous experience & Industry background 0+ years of experience in finance Media agency, Digital industry, Tech company, Data company Soft skills & Competencies Financial reporting Accounting Bookkeeping Analytical Detail oriented Teamwork Communication Time management Technical skills Office software Accounting software Contract Type : Temporary Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
