The Electrical Design & Regulatory Compliance Engineer is responsible for both the design and development of electrical components and products within the Product Enhancement Engineering team and for ensuring product safety/compliance with applicable electrical, electronic, and radio frequency standards and directives for market access across the entire business.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associate degree in an appropriate field, such as Electronics Engineering required. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred. 2 4 years experience in PCB-level product design, IC selection, BOM development, and related EE engineering activities. Experience in electronic regulatory compliance (electrical, electronic, and/or radio frequency standards). Proficiency in appropriate computer design software (e.g., OrCAD, Altium, EagleCAD, KiCAD, DipTrace, UpVerter) required. Experience writing embedded firmware code; RF (radio frequency) product design, IoT, and machine learning is a plus. Project management and other regulatory compliance activities are a plus. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
