Electromechanical Design Engineer

Overview Expleo is a leading Global Engineering Services Provider with UK presence in 10 locations. We are seeking experienced Electromechanical Design Engineers to support our client at their Glasgow facility. In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of state‑of‑the‑art electro‑optical defence and security systems, ensuring robust performance in demanding operational environments. The position supports the full design lifecycle through to NPI, including concept development, detailed design, analysis, and design-for-manufacture activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electromechanical Design Engineer to deepen their technical capability, broaden their systems understanding, and develop their career within a highly regulated environment. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with a strong mechanical design background supported by good electrical integration awareness. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in defence, aerospace, or other heavily regulated industries.
