Security Clearance Willingness to undergo a background check as a condition of employment. Open to Relocate Willingness to relocate to Tallinn or Riga. Our Values Our mission is ambitious, and it takes a team that works with the same intensity. Own the Mission: Mission first. Always. We choose impact — we focus on what moves the mission forward fastest instead of “nice-to-haves". We fix it now — when delays or problems appear, we step up, rally the right people, and solve them immediately. We keep momentum — when time matters, we stay focused and move forward without waiting for perfect conditions. Strive for More: Dare more. Do more. Achieve the impossible. We challenge the status quo — we question, test, and improve instead of accepting “the usual way.” We embrace discomfort — we step outside comfort zones and turn challenges into growth. We anticipate the future — we build solutions that scale and set higher standards each time. Build with Trust: Be open. Keep promises. We walk the talk — what we say, we do. No excuses, no exceptions. We share openly — we communicate clearly and early, even when the news is hard. We own outcomes — we admit errors quickly, fix them, and prevent them from repeating. Ready to Make a Real Impact? Apply now! The deadline is July 17, 2026, but we review applications and reach out to qualified candidates continuously.
