🔥🔥🔥We're an international ecommerce agency, and we're looking for an experienced Google Ad Manager to join our remote team! Knowing RUO peptides, telehealth is a BIG PLUS since most of our clients are in this niche.

Your work will be reviewed by our CEO and Head of Google Ads who actually did Google Ads for 12 years before.

IDEAL APPLICANT:

✔️ High empathy toward clients, good communicator, problem-solving attitude (probably, the most important, sometimes we have tough situations with clients)

✔️ Being data-driven since we’ll conduct many data-driven testing to improve the results of the clients

✔️ Being organized since we have tight deadlines sometimes

✔️ Have experience with restricted niches such as RUO peptides, telehealth, vaping.

✔️ Able to see an ecommerce business holistically because conversions are tightly connected to other parts of the business (offer-ads-email etc), ideally had his/her own business before or still have it

✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience with Google Ads

✔️ The applicant has min. 3-5 case studies we can also use in our sales.

✔️ The applicant is able to explain his work and even complex things in a simple way to us and the client.

✔️ Being an accountable and responsible person

✔️ A person eager to learn and grow in our team. The online marketing world changes fast.

✔️ Being available between 11am-7pm European Time on weekdays.

✔️ Fluent English speaker and writer. Have real-life English speaking experience with natives.

✔️ Can work as a subcontractor, we don’t have employees at the moment, everyone is a subcontractor.

✔️ It’s ok for the person if we pay based on work delivered for the first 3-6 months (hourly rate or a negotiated monthly salary), then later we can move towards a fix salary per month + bonuses.

We'll share the results, sales, and conversions of 7-8-figure e-commerce clients with you. You'll receive feedback and results of your work; while also being able to learn and improve.

DELIVERABLES:

👉 Building out the Google Ads strategy for max. 5 clients in the next months

👉 Keeping the avg. NPS of communication, overall satisfaction, results for her clients above 8

👉 Creating weekly reports to the clients and share it with them

👉 Managing the Google Ads projects for each client account (max. 3 campaigns per client by default)

👉 Projecting the profit and loss statement of each managed client project and meeting the targets every quarter (taught to you by us)

👉 Conducting Google Ads audits for our clients and potential new clients including keyword research

👉 Tracking installation for our clients and KPI setup

👉 Managing the creative people (copywriter, designer) when necessary

👉 Communicating with the clients, and their product research team via Slack, email, or Skype (expected response time within 12 hrs)

👉 Having 1 live call every week with every client if they want

👉 Helping our team members build the Google Ads workflows of the team, document new processes, checking new software tools we may use in the future.

👉 Attending internal meetings with the Budai team (monthly meeting + weekly account managers meeting)
