Elixir Developer

We are seeking an experienced Elixir Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, distributed systems and applications leveraging Elixir and the Erlang/OTP ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create solutions that scale and deliver exceptional user experiences. 1. Experience: 3+ years in software development, with 1+ year of hands-on experience with Elixir.

2. Skills: Proficiency in functional programming, OTP, Phoenix framework, and real-time applications.

3. Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

4. Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and database performance optimization.

5. Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills and ability to address scalability and concurrency challenges.

6. Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile teams.

7. Bonus Points: Experience with GraphQL, RabbitMQ, or LiveView.
