Description

As a key member of the eCommerce Retention team, you will play an integral role in developing and delivering impactful marketing communications that strengthen consumer engagement across a diverse portfolio of brands. You will lead the creation and optimization of email templates, ensuring consumers receive relevant, personalized content that enhances their experience. This role is responsible for executing and managing email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging HTML development, automation workflows, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer engagement, continuously testing and refining the consumer journey through data-driven insights, industry best practices, and innovative marketing strategies.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

1. Executing and optimizing marketing and triggered email campaigns to drive a seamless consumer journey through email message HTML coding, proofing, targeting, and advanced scheduling.

2. Responsible for developing and modifying email and email templates with HTML, QA and troubleshoot email campaigns across devices for multiple brands and leverage AMPScript and other advanced skillsets and tools to deliver the best customer experience.

3. Develops and advises retention team on advanced coding solutions and opportunities within the SFMC tool suite

4. Analyze and compile key learnings from email campaigns to optimize performance.

5. Work closely partners to collaborate and provide guidance on email best practices & opportunities for WWW.

6. Grow and optimize marketing and triggered by executing, analyzing, and testing.

7. Advise teammates on advanced campaign tactics and completes complex campaigns started by specialists.

8. Works closely with the content team to ensure brand aligned and effective email campaigns and makes recommendations based on the evaluation of data and analytics.

9. Assist in onboarding new team members. Provide ongoing support for other team members.

10. Research email best practices, deploys to team and acts as an expert in the technologies utilized within the team.

11. Collaborates on behalf of the email marketing team with manager and CRM team on data integration updates.

12. Performs duties consistent with the companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.

13. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree required

2+ years of email specific experience.

Strong web programming experience (HTML, etc.)

Previous experience within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AmpScript a plus

Excellent analytical skills critical. Able to analyze data, understand the story behind the numbers, and be able to formulate and communicate recommendations to business partners.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong technical knowledge relevant to typical ecommerce environment

This is a Contract position based out of Rockford, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
