Email Infrastructure Specialist | US Remote Position

🌟🚀 We are looking for a technically capable Email Infrastructure Specialist to manage the systems behind our email sending operation. After training this person will own the day-to-day administration of our email platforms, domains, and integrations, and will be trusted to diagnose and resolve issues on their own. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between admin consoles, DNS settings, and automation tools, and can trace a problem from symptom to root cause without much hand-holding.

What You'll Do

• Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Office) admin panels, including user

provisioning, mailbox configuration, and account management

• Create, edit, and remove DNS records on domains, including the records that support email

authentication and routing

• Build and maintain CRM integrations using Zapier and direct webhooks to keep contact data and

workflows in sync

• Monitor sending infrastructure and troubleshoot delivery and configuration problems as they arise
• Investigate issues independently, identify the underlying cause, and implement a fix or escalate

with a clear diagnosis

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and the Microsoft 365 / Office admin

panel

• Working knowledge of DNS records and the ability to add or remove records on a domain (A, MX,

TXT, and CNAME records at minimum)

• Ability to set up CRM integrations using Zapier and webhooks
• Solid backend email knowledge, including how mail is authenticated, routed, and delivered
• Proven ability to troubleshoot independently, working through problems methodically without

step-by-step supervision

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Experience with cold email or high-volume sending infrastructure
• Understanding of inbox placement, sender reputation, and deliverability monitoring
• Exposure to one or more major CRM platforms
