Remote Email Marketing Specialist & Campaign Management Outsource Ability, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking an experienced Remote Email Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimise email campaigns that drive engagement and measurable results. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in CRM-based email campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns Build and manage email lists, segments, and automation workflows within CRM/email platforms Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise results A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) Requirements: Own laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs Expertise with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo) Strong copywriting, segmentation, and campaign optimisation skills Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting Bonus: Experience with automation sequences, lead nurturing campaigns, and marketing funnels Familiarity with HTML email coding and dynamic content Knowledge of integrating email campaigns with social media and paid marketing channels
