NFQ.email team is a leading Email Marketing service provider in Lithuania with national rights to represent Omnisend (Marketing Automation platform) among over 2000 national and international accounts. Our daily tasks include strategy planning, content creation, sales, client support, and overall E-commerce business consulting. With 16+ years of experience in this field, we have consulted and worked with over 500 businesses, including names such as Novaturas, Gerdovana.lt, Membershop.lt, LONAS, Audimas.lt, Makalius.lt, and many others, including international brands. Currently, we are looking for an Email Marketing Content Creator to join our delivery team. You will not only get acquainted with the Email Marketing / Marketing Automaton fields with Omnichannel approach, but also personally contribute to work with TOP Lithuanian E-commerce brands and master new skills in a very diverse position. In this role, you will Be involved in content planning and creative tasks for clients based on various collaboration models in the team (cross collaboration, independent content development, dedicated tasks) Individually or together with other dedicated team members you will help execute newsletter campaigns, automation flows, and lead generation projects (content planning, copy, and design) Continuously explore and test new content formats and ideas, constantly evolving to capture and connect with the audience in fresh and engaging ways Help with daily Email Marketing tasks and business expansion or marketing projects Work with other delivery team tasks related to educational and industry goals What you will bring Experience with Email Marketing content creation tasks working with several brands Background of Marketing and / or Ecommerce Experience with design development programs and copywriting Creative approach and interest to adapt new skills, initiate new projects and improvement Experience working in a marketing agency (nice to have) Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving Willingness to learn, and improve personal, client, and team member skills Excellent communication and writing skills (both in Lithuanian and English What we offer A working culture that is high performing, ambitious, collaborative and fun Health insurance Flexible working hours Bonus for referrals Employee-led workshops and office perks Extra vacation days: 2 after working at NFQ for two years and 4 after four years on our team Unlimited WFH (work from home) policy For those who dream of traveling: WFA (work from anywhere) possibilities in NFQ - approved countries Salary range: € 2000 - 3250 gross / month If you have any questions, please contact me at [email protected] or via Linkedin Check all our career opportunities here .
