Job Overview
We're looking for an Email Marketing & Events Intern to join our Paris-based team. You'll support the marketing of
efficy CRM
, our enterprise-grade solution for scaling and compliance-driven organisations, working across email campaigns, event coordination, and partner relations. You'll collaborate closely with both marketing and sales colleagues, take ownership of real projects, and see the impact of your work from day one. Your team can't wait to welcome you!

What you'll be doing
Build and send email campaigns: lead nurturing flows, newsletters, and event-driven communications
Track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data
Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise subject lines, content, and CTAs
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events: conferences, roundtables, and industry gatherings
Handle event logistics including venue liaison, speaker coordination, and attendee communications
Act as a day-to-day contact point with professional associations and industry bodies efficy collaborates with
Coordinate joint initiatives, event co-sponsorships, and communication touchpoints with partners
Maintain contact database hygiene and segmentation accuracy in our CRM and marketing automation tools
Who you are
Final year Master's (Business, Marketing, or Communications) or equivalent internship experience
Available 6 months with a university agreement
Curious about email marketing, events, and B2B
Detail-oriented and data-driven
Comfortable with CRM tools and AI-powered platforms like Claude
Native level in
French
Fluent in
English
