We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager based in our London Head Office.
About the Job
In this hands-on role you will be taking ownership of our email campaigns from design → build → proof → deployment. This is a short fixed-term contract basis from 26 October to help us through the very busy Peak Trading period.
You’ll need experience with:
- Building HTML emails
- Personalisation using Movable Ink
- Targeting & segmentation in Adobe Campaign (with agency support)
- End-to-end QA, proofing and testing
- Managing a high-volume retail/e-commerce CRM calendar
About you:
You are a Clarins fit if you are:

- Commercially aware with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends
- Highly organised, able to multi-task and adapt to last-minute or shifting priorities

Essential qualifications:
- Strong CRM / Email Marketing Manager experience
- Solid retail or e-commerce experience
- Excellent understanding of segmentation and personalisation
- Proven hands-on email production and deployment experience
- The ability to work independently and move quickly in a busy trading environment
