Apply Description Pampered Chef is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Email Marketing Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of our email and lifecycle marketing programs. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for building, configuring, testing, scheduling, and deploying email communications within Bloomreach. The ideal candidate enjoys working inside marketing technology platforms, has exceptional attention to detail, and can manage multiple campaign deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role will serve as a critical operational partner to the Digital Experience team, helping ensure campaigns are built accurately, thoroughly tested, and deployed on time. The associate will work closely with internal partners to translate approved campaign strategies and creative assets into flawlessly executed customer and consultant communications. The position is designed to strengthen our in-house email marketing capabilities and provide dedicated support during U.S. business hours, enabling faster collaboration, troubleshooting, campaign execution, and response to changing business needs. What You’ll Do Email Campaign Execution Build, configure, schedule, and deploy email campaigns within Bloomreach. Translate approved campaign briefs, creative assets, copy, audience requirements, and promotional details into fully configured email campaigns. Manage day-to-day email production from campaign setup through deployment. Populate email templates with approved copy, imagery, links, product information, promotional messaging, and tracking parameters. Configure send dates, times, audience criteria, suppression rules, personalization, and other campaign settings. Support both scheduled promotional campaigns and triggered/lifecycle communications. Ensure campaigns are deployed accurately and according to the established marketing calendar. Quality Assurance & Testing Own detailed pre-deployment QA for email campaigns. Validate copy, imagery, links, promotional details, personalization, audience segmentation, tracking parameters, and campaign settings. Test emails across desktop and mobile experiences and major email clients. Confirm landing pages, product links, promotional offers, and tracking are functioning correctly prior to deployment. Conduct test sends and coordinate stakeholder approvals. Identify and resolve campaign issues before deployment. Maintain QA checklists and documentation to reduce execution errors and create consistent campaign standards. Audience Segmentation & Personalization Build and validate audience segments within Bloomreach based on campaign requirements. Support segmentation across key Pampered Chef audiences, including consumers, consultants, hosts, and other lifecycle groups. Configure inclusion and exclusion criteria, suppression lists, behavioral targeting, and other audience logic. Support personalization and dynamic content initiatives as email capabilities mature. Partner with Analytics and Digital teams to ensure audience selections align with campaign objectives. Lifecycle & Marketing Automation Support Support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of automated lifecycle journeys. Assist with programs such as welcome, onboarding, abandoned browse/cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, promotional, and retention journeys. Update creative, messaging, audience logic, timing, and campaign rules within existing automations. Monitor automated campaigns to identify broken links, outdated creative, incorrect logic, or other issues. Support testing and documentation as new lifecycle programs are developed. Campaign Operations & Workflow Management Maintain the email campaign calendar and track campaigns from intake through deployment. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure required assets and approvals are received on time. Flag missing assets, conflicting send dates, technical issues, or other risks that could impact deployment. Maintain organized campaign documentation, naming conventions, testing records, and deployment history. Help establish repeatable processes, templates, and workflows that improve the efficiency and accuracy of email production. Provide responsive campaign support during U.S. business hours, particularly when last-minute changes, troubleshooting, or deployment issues arise. Testing, Reporting & Optimization Support A/B and multivariate testing of subject lines, content, creative, calls to action, timing, segmentation, and other campaign variables. Pull post-campaign performance results including delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, conversion, unsubscribe rate, and revenue performance. Assist the Digital Experience team with recurring email reporting. Document test results and campaign learnings to support future optimization. Identify recurring operational or campaign issues and recommend improvements. Requirements What You’ll Bring 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or digital marketing. Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns within an email service provider, CRM, or marketing automation platform. Bloomreach experience strongly preferred. Experience with platforms such as Bloomreach, Iterable, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar technology will also be considered. Experience with campaign setup, segmentation, QA, scheduling, testing, and deployment. Strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals and lifecycle marketing best practices. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational and project management skills. Comfort working with campaign performance data and email marketing KPIs. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues and proactively identify potential problems before deployment. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email edits and troubleshooting is preferred. Familiarity with UTM parameters, link tracking, personalization, dynamic content, and A/B testing is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. The Ideal Candidate You’re someone who gets satisfaction from making sure everything is right before an email goes out. You notice the wrong link. You catch the outdated promotional language. You question why an audience count suddenly changed. You verify that personalization is working before hitting schedule. You’re equally comfortable receiving a campaign brief and going into Bloomreach to make it happen. You don’t need to own the entire email strategy—but you understand the strategy well enough to execute it accurately, recognize when something doesn’t look right, and raise the right questions. Most importantly, you thrive in a collaborative environment where Marketing, Creative, Digital, Product, and Promotions are working together to deliver timely, relevant communications to our audiences. What Success Looks Like Email campaigns launch accurately and on time. Campaign errors and deployment issues decrease. Campaign turnaround times improve. The team has reliable email operational support during U.S. business hours. Audience segmentation and campaign setup become more consistent. QA processes are documented and followed. Lifecycle programs remain current, functional, and optimized. Internal teams have greater visibility into campaign status and upcoming deployments. Strategic email leaders have more capacity to focus on lifecycle strategy, personalization, testing, optimization, and revenue growth rather than day-to-day campaign production.
