Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive E-mail Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines technical email implementation, campaign management, copywriting, and creative direction to ensure high-performing email marketing campaigns across multiple brands within the fintech and trading industry.

The ideal candidate understands both the technical and strategic side of email marketing and can work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver engaging campaigns that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage email campaigns within Brevo or other similar tools (formerly Sendinblue).
• Convert Figma email designs into fully responsive email templates within Brevo or other similar tools.
• Handle email platform integrations, automation workflows, and audience segmentation.
• Coordinate and manage email copywriting to ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Review, optimize, and improve email performance through testing and data analysis.
• Create and manage email automation sequences, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and transactional emails.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan campaign calendars and execution timelines.
• Provide clear design direction and feedback to graphic designers to ensure email creatives meet marketing goals and technical requirements.
• Monitor key email marketing metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and deliverability.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Strong experience with Brevo (Sendinblue) or similar email marketing platforms.
• Experience implementing email designs from Figma into email marketing software.
• Understanding of email automation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
• Strong copywriting coordination skills and ability to improve email messaging.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization is highly desirable.
• Experience working with designers and providing creative direction.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, trading, SaaS, or performance marketing industries is a plus
