We are seeking a data-driven mid-senior Email Marketing Specialist with a focus on new user acquisition. You will hold the crucial responsibility of developing and executing a comprehensive top-of-funnel email strategy, encompassing the entire customer journey from initial lead capture through to successful conversion. Feeling the match? Let’s get into the details: Develop and execute the complete email acquisition strategy, focusing on list growth, lead capture, and converting prospects into new customers. Establish and manage email automations and a robust A/B testing roadmap to enhance prospect engagement and first-purchase conversion rates. Conduct thorough analysis of top-of-funnel campaign performance (list growth rate, conversion rate, CPL) to shape future strategies. Continuously optimize email content and settings for improved deliverability Work collaboratively with creative, media buying, and product teams to ensure a cohesive top-of-funnel user experience. Leverage AI tools to develop high-performing emails that achieve strong results. Your part in the bigger picture: Proven Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, with a specific focus on new user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion. Demonstrate your knowledge of conversion-oriented best practices. Be acquainted with deliverability: Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Ability to interpret bounce messages and analyze campaign metrics for deliverability issues. Platform Expertise: High technical proficiency with at least one major ESP (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend, Hubspot, etc.), including building complex automations. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze top-of-funnel data (conversion rates, CPL, lead-to-customer rate) and convert it into actionable insights. Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of email marketing best practices: lead nurture flows, automation, segmentation, A/B testing and deliverability. Ownership: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong sense of ownership and excitement about the digital world. Bonus Points: Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid newsletters, lead magnets. Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates.
