Email Marketing Specialist_YOCTO

Our client, YOCTO (yocto.agency) is on the hunt for a results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team for a full-time remote position. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will role and responsibilities will include: Error-free, on-time implementation of weekly email campaigns and workflows, ranging from simple to advanced techniques, under the direction and supervision of the Email Marketing Manager. Managing Klaviyo accounts independently, from start to finish. Own the execution of each client's Content Calendar, under the guidance and support of the Email Marketing Manager. Brief, set up, and measure the results of A/B tests in campaigns, flows, and sign-up forms continuously. Produce and prepare x2 Client Reports per month, one in the middle of the month, and one at the beginning of the month, for the Manager to analyze & present to the client. Be the main point of contact, responsible person, and ultimate decision-maker for each managed account. ClickUp task management, review of daily briefs Setup & schedule campaigns Segmentation implementation Quality assurance of all work deliverables, pre-client approval Continually look to improve performance by studying e-commerce, email marketing, retention, and LTV maximization in the e-commerce space Nice to have: We hope you're a problem solver with a deep curiosity about how things work and how they can be improved. Qualifications and Requirements: - 2+ years' of proven Klaviyo email marketing experience, including campaign and automation development, segmentation, A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting - Extreme attention to detail and work ethic - Proficient in written & oral English - Experience working with Figma designs, and hands-on email implementation experience. - HTML & CSS knowledge will be considered a big plus. - Experience working with time-tracking software - Slack availability during European time zones is necessary Is it us you're looking for?
