  • Debug hardware and software issues throughout product development
  • Support continuous product improvements and long-term maintenance
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle

What You'll Bring

  • BSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in Embedded Software and Hardware Development
  • Strong programming skills in Embedded C
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture, including CPUs, memory, and peripheral devices
  • Strong experience programming and debugging microcontrollers
  • Good understanding of hardware design for embedded systems
  • Experience defining hardware specifications based on software requirements
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Good understanding of algorithms and algorithm analysis
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ARM Cortex-M / STM32 microcontrollers
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Go, or C#
  • Experience with communication protocols including CAN Bus, RS485, RS422, SPI, and I2C
  • Knowledge of EMC/EMI principles
  • Previous experience within the elevator industry or understanding of elevator operating principles

What's in It for You

€3,500 – €4,500 Gross / Month , depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes private health insurance, company-subsidized meals, and Learning & Development opportunities to support your continuous professional growth. The role follows a primarily remote working model, with occasional on-site visits for team collaboration, project meetings, and key development activities.
