The Role: We’re looking for a Talent Partner who knows how to find exceptional technology talent — and knows how to build the kind of candidate experience that makes people want to join. This is a Fixed-Term Contract opportunity where you’ll work closely with hiring managers and teams across the business, taking ownership of recruitment across a range of technology, GTM and business roles. What you’ll own: Partner with hiring managers from initial brief through to offer Recruit across Technology, Product and GTM roles Build creative sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-find talent Identify, engage and assess exceptional candidates Build and manage high-quality talent pipelines Use market insight and data to influence hiring decisions Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation to offer Become a trusted talent advisor to your stakeholders Help shape and improve recruitment processes as the business continues to evolve What we’re looking for: You’re an experienced Talent Partner who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, technology-led environment. You’ll ideally have: 5+ years’ experience in embedded or internal recruitment Strong experience recruiting Technology and/or Product and GTM talent A proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills The ability to work across multiple roles and priorities A commercially minded, data-driven approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in-house, RPO or a high-performing recruitment environment Why this role?
