Role Description

The Embroidery Assistant role is a part-time position - between 2 - 3 days per week. Day-to-day tasks include personalizing baby gift items through high-quality embroidery, maintaining attention to detail, and ensuring all items meet the company’s high standards. The role also involves working closely with various teams to ensure timely delivery of personalized products and maintaining effective communication regarding orders. The assistant will manage workloads efficiently while adhering to production schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively and address client needs.
• Proficiency in organization skills to manage multiple orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Interest or experience in sales and the ability to identify and leverage opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• A background or keen interest in fashion, particularly in personalization and embroidery techniques, is advantageous.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Basic knowledge of embroidery machines or willingness to learn is a plus.
