Sales training: Identify and implement necessary sales training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Entrepreneurship: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the sales team to meet and exceed targets while adapting to the evolving market demands.
Team collaboration: Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure a deep understanding of product capabilities and customer needs.
Team collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead qualification processes, ensuring a smooth transition of high-quality leads to the sales team.
Sales strategy: In collaboration with regional lead, develop and implement sales strategies tailored to larger, more complex deals, aligning with our goal of going upmarket.
Forecasting: Conduct regular team and individual forecasting sessions, ensuring accurate sales predictions (+/- 10%) and pipeline management.
Driving results: Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback and guidance to the team.
Closing sales: Participate in key customer meetings and negotiations, serving as a role model and mentor in strategic selling.
