EMEA Talent Acquisition Lead

Logan Talent is supporting a growing international organisation as it continues to build out its teams across EMEA.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who can take ownership of senior hiring across commercial, go-to-market and operations functions, partnering directly with regional leaders across multiple markets.

This role would suit someone who is strong on direct sourcing, market mapping and stakeholder management, and who is comfortable operating in an international, fast-moving environment.

The hiring remit is likely to cover areas such as:

• Sales and Commercial Leadership

• Business Development

• Partnerships

• Customer Success

• Marketing and Growth

• Revenue Operations

• Supply Chain and Operations

• Regional and Country Operations

• Business Operations

• Operational Excellence

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer across EMEA

• Building targeted talent maps and proactive sourcing strategies

• Identifying and engaging senior passive talent

• Partnering with regional leaders on hiring priorities and workforce plans

• Providing market data, competitor intelligence and salary insights

• Building pipelines for future leadership and specialist hiring needs

• Helping improve recruitment processes, reporting and overall hiring visibility

We’d be interested in speaking with people who have:

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or agency recruitment

• A strong record of hiring GTM, commercial or operations talent

• Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets

• Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting capability

• Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders

• Experience in scaling, high-growth or international businesses

Experience within technology, SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, logistics or other fast-growth sectors would be particularly relevant.
