What you will do
- Book trucks for loadings at plants and warehouses according to carrier agreements.
- Manage the smooth and timely execution of product deliveries.
- Coordinate carrier operations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve unexpected delivery issues and handle escalations.
- Inform relevant teams about deviations from the original delivery plan.
- Ensure transportation providers meet agreed prices, conditions, and service-quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in transportation or logistics is an advantage.
- Excellent service orientation toward internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and coordinate activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English required.
