We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant & Pricing Analyst to join a growing team supporting U.S.-based employer groups.


This is a consulting, sales, and analytics role for a professional with strong knowledge of employee benefits who can confidently advise business owners and decision-makers while also analyzing census data, evaluating carrier quotes, and developing competitive benefit proposals.


The ideal candidate combines employee benefits brokerage or consulting experience with strong analytical and pricing skills and is comfortable moving between client presentations and detailed Excel-based analysis.

⚡What you'll do:

Client Consulting & Benefits Sales

  • Conduct consultative sales presentations for employer groups with 5–200 employees.
  • Lead discovery meetings to understand employer goals, workforce demographics, budgets, and benefit needs.
  • Educate business owners and leadership teams on medical, ancillary benefits, compliance considerations, and cost management strategies.
  • Develop and present customized benefits recommendations that balance employer costs and employee needs.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with producers, account managers, and carrier representatives on proposals, finalist presentations, and implementations.


Pricing & Proposal Analytics

  • Analyze employee census data, current benefit plans, claims experience, and employer objectives.
  • Obtain, evaluate, and compare carrier quotes for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
  • Build pricing models and financial comparisons to identify competitive benefit solutions.
  • Develop employer cost analyses, benefit comparisons, and professional proposal materials.
  • Evaluate employer contribution strategies and alternative funding options when appropriate.
  • Monitor carrier underwriting guidelines, renewal trends, and market conditions.
  • Support renewal strategy and ongoing client pricing reviews.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across pricing, proposals, and benefit summaries.


💡You are:

  • Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
  • 4+ years of experience in employee benefits, health insurance brokerage, underwriting, or employee benefits consulting within the US Market.
  • Strong knowledge of small group medical insurance products and employee benefits.
  • Experience presenting to business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with proposal software and carrier quoting platforms preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and consultative manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
