Employee Support Specialist Jr – HR & Customer Support

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Employee Support Specialist Jr to join our team remotely. This role provides timely and high‑quality assistance to employees, managers, and HR partners, supporting the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and HRIS updates to payroll questions and offboarding. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR processes, payroll, benefits, and policies.
• Support employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, job changes, leaves of absence, terminations).
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems.
• Collaborate with HR teams (Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Compliance) to resolve issues.
• Assist in documentation, guides, and internal knowledge resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in HR support, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English (C1).
• High attention to detail, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Offer Details:

• Contract type: Permanent contract.
• Salary: $2,100,000 + bonus $900,000.
• Remote position.
• Work schedule: 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. ET.
• Junior level, customer‑facing role.
