Overview
NPH is adding a EMR Analyst to serve our patients and hospital teams across the organization. The EMR Analyst supports and sustains the clinical applications our hospitals use every day, with primary responsibility for WellSky Specialty Care (our dominant EMR platform) and secondary support of Cerner (Oracle). This role is the day-to-day point of contact for facility setup, system implementation, end-user training, and ongoing functional support, and serves as the internal coordination point for complex issues that require escalation to WellSky Specialty Care support.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, teaching others, and keeping clinical systems running smoothly behind the scenes. In downtime between EMR-related work, the EMR Analyst also assists with light Tier 1 helpdesk needs, helping keep the broader IT team responsive.
