👋 About Us
At sunday, we're on a mission to reinvent hospitality, starting with how guests experience every moment at the table. With just their phone, guests can browse the menu, order, pay, tip, and leave a review in seconds. Behind that simplicity lies powerful technology built for the industry: from QR codes and smart payment terminals that save servers time, to real-time guest insights that help teams elevate every shift.
We're growing fast across Europe and the US, staying obsessed with one thing: creating the best possible experience for our customers. Our culture is hands-on, ambitious, and relentlessly focused on impact. We move fast, think big, and never settle for “good.”
If you're hungry to build the future of hospitality and scale something extraordinary, you'll feel right at home at sunday.
About the Role
We are hiring an Enablement Manager, France to own enablement for France, sunday's most advanced market. You will design and drive programs independently in French and act as the senior market expert for the global Enablement team, without managing anyone.
You'll sit within sunday's global Sales Enablement function and act as the go-to enablement advisor for French sales and field-ops leaders, including regional account-management managers. This is an independent individual contributor role focused on strategy, program design, delivery, manager coaching, measurement, and sharing the strongest practices from France with the other markets.
You'll work across sales and account management as the market scales, including supporting account management growth from approximately 20 to 40 people by the end of 2027. You will bring a strong French point of view to the global team while also sharing practices from France as the most advanced market.
Join early, grow fast, and shape the journey!
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding and ramp for new SDRs and Account Executives in your market, including training logistics, curriculum modules, certification tracking, and ramp reporting.
Run recurring live training sessions, workshops, mock pitches, roleplays, and objection-handling sessions that help sellers apply what they learn.
Conduct call reviews, shadowing, and individual coaching; identify specific seller gaps and turn them into practical coaching plans.
Build, localize, and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, objection handlers, one-pagers, FAQs, talk tracks, and outreach resources.
Partner with local sales leaders and the global enablement team to prioritize enablement needs and keep a structured backlog of actions.
Use sales and ramp data, call-quality signals, and feedback from the field to identify trends and recommend targeted support.
Help sellers understand sunday's products, customer value propositions, restaurant use cases, and evolving sales messaging.
Support adoption of sales tools, coaching platforms, CRM workflows, sales methodologies, and new product or process launches.
Share local market insights with the global enablement function so content and training reflect real customer conversations.
Document what works, measure the impact of enablement activity, and continuously improve the way sellers are trained and supported.
What success looks like
After 30 days, you will understand the French sales and account-management motion, have established trusted relationships with senior market leaders, identified the highest-impact gaps, and set priorities for French onboarding, ramp, certification, and training programs.
After four months, you will be independently running French enablement programs, coaching front-line managers, leading product launches, demonstrating measurable impact on ramp, win rates, deal size, or retention, and sharing proven practices with the global team.
