Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually End-to End, Domestic Program, Senior Manager Job Summary The End-to-End (E2E), Senior Manager of – Domestic Program provides senior-level leadership for the End-to-End Domestic program, with accountability for strategy, scale, and sustained impact across a national network of partner organizations, churches, and denominations. Reporting to the Director of End-to-End, the Senior Manager partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to expand the reach, effectiveness, and long-term viability of the E2E model. This role is responsible for translating organizational strategy into executable program plans, leading complex partnerships, advancing revenue and funding strategies, and ensuring measurable ministry impact aligned with the American Bible Society (ABS) Bible Lifecycle. The Senior Manager represents ABS and the E2E initiative with credibility, vision, and a deep commitment to the mission of making the Bible accessible and transformational for all people. Demonstrate alignment with the vision, mission, and values of American Bible Society. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Program Oversight Lead the development, execution, and continuous refinement of the Domestic E2E strategic and operational plans, ensuring alignment with ABS-wide priorities. Provide senior-level oversight of the Domestic E2E program model, including gospel engagement, the public reading of Scripture (PRS) program, Bible distribution, and pathways into Christian community. Partner with the Senior Director to set program direction, priorities, success metrics, and multi-year growth plans. Ensure the program is contextualized, scalable, fundable, sustainable, measurable, and missionally effective. 2. Financial Stewardship & Revenue Development Co-lead Domestic E2E budget planning, forecasting, and financial management in collaboration with Finance. Contribute to E2E revenue strategy, including diversified funding models and long-term sustainability planning. Support and influence fundraising efforts by developing high-level proposals, donor-ready materials, and strategic funding initiatives. Collaborate with Development Advisors to support major donor, institutional, and constituency engagement. 3. Partnership Development & External Relations Provide senior leadership in identifying, onboarding, and managing high-impact domestic partnerships with churches, denominations, and national ministries. Cultivate collaborative and co-funded partnerships that advance the E2E model. Serve as a senior representative and subject matter expert for E2E with domestic partners and key stakeholders. Strengthen integration of E2E within partner organizations’ existing ministry strategies. 4. Communications & Influence Oversee strategic communications with Domestic E2E partners, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment. Participate in and help shape bi-monthly E2E Core Partner calls and bi-annual Global Partner engagements. Collaborate with Marketing and Program staff on E2E reports, impact narratives, and internal communications. Provide regular E2E progress updates to internal ABS audiences and leadership. 5. Events, Training & Representation Provide leadership support for the annual E2E Global Partners Summit. Oversee and/or facilitate E2E training for new and existing Domestic implementing partners. Represent ABS and E2E at denominational, inter-confessional, and ministry conferences as appropriate. 6. Data, Evaluation & Impact Ensure high-quality data collection and reporting by Domestic partners using ABS E2E reporting frameworks. Collaborate with Ministry Insights to evaluate program effectiveness, outcomes, and learning. Elevate life-change stories and key performance indicators to support stakeholder reporting and decision-making. 7. Leadership & Organizational Contribution Mentor and provide functional leadership to program staff and cross-functional collaborators as appropriate. Contribute to broader End-to-End and ABS leadership initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of End-to-End. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree and/or ministerial credentials preferred. Experience Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in faith-based nonprofit leadership, with demonstrated success in program strategy, partnership development, and funding. Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Technical & Professional Skills Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong strategic planning, organizational, and execution capabilities. Financial acumen related to budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning. Proficiency with MS365 and related collaboration tools.
