End User Computing Support Consultant

Role: End User Computing Support Consultant

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands(Hybrid)

Contract : 6-12+ Months Contract

Skill - End User Computing, deskside support, IMACD and hardware break/fix across endpoint, peripheral, network, printing and basic server services.

- Experience in EUC/deskside support, IMACD and hardware break/fix.

- Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, applications, printing, connectivity and peripherals.

- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Patch My PC and endpoint security.

- Working knowledge of switches, routers, wireless access points, Sophos firewalls, servers, UPS and print services.

- Experience with component replacement, upgrades, vendor/OEM coordination and remote-hands support.

- Required authorization/certification for onsite network maintenance and break/fix activities.

- Self-motivated and able to learn new technologies; professional English required and Dutch preferred.
