End User Experience Engineer

We are looking for an End User Experience Engineer to join an international engineering team responsible for enterprise endpoint and end-user technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and developing endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and Entra
• Supporting secure remote access solutions and Citrix environments
• Identifying and resolving end-user and technical issues across endpoint, identity and infrastructure layers
• Working closely with engineering, security, networking and business teams
• Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the end-user experience
• Contributing to standardisation, automation and continuous improvement of endpoint platforms
• Supporting technology decisions and delivering practical, scalable solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, EUC or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra
• Experience with remote access technologies and/or Citrix
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Practical, engineering-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working in a complex enterprise environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services or investment banking
• Experience with automation and scripting
• Knowledge of modern endpoint management and cloud-based technologies
