About the Role
Lead the execution of Ingram Micro’s GTM engagement strategy across countries, managing vendor investment programs, partner engagement initiatives, and messaging consistency for Microsoft and Frontier services.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate global GTM strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes across regions.
- Own vendor investment programs from planning and negotiation through execution, claims, and reporting.
- Drive partner acquisition and engagement strategies across countries and solution areas.
- Develop and deliver enablement programs, messaging, talk tracks, and training for internal teams.
- Partner with finance, operations, alliance, and country leaders to maximize ROI on vendor investments.
- Work with platform teams to automate engagement and funding workflows within Xvantage.
- Report portfolio performance and investment returns to executive leadership and vendor stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software, cloud, or technology, including 5+ years in partner programs, channel management, strategy, planning, or program management roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience managing vendor-funded programs, incentives, investments, and claims processes.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to drive execution across multiple teams and countries.
- Experience negotiating funding and program terms with vendor partners.
- Strong financial acumen, including ROI modeling, business cases, and investment planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and funding models.
- Experience enabling global sales, marketing, alliance, or channel organizations.
- Experience partnering with technology teams to automate business processes and reporting.
AI Fluency
- Active user of AI tools for planning, reporting, analysis, and content creation.
- Microsoft AI-900 or AWS AI Practitioner certification expected within 90 days if not already held.
- Able to demonstrate measurable business impact from using AI in daily work.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $138,100.00 - $234,800.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
